"Colonial Day" Tonight on Sci-fi at 10/9c

Lots of Helo in tonight's ep. It has alot of other redeeming features as well.

Light-years away, on Cylon-occupied Caprica, Sharon must make an impossible choice — if she is to save Helo's life, she must finally reveal to him that she is a Cylon.

Or, if you've seen the episode before, you should definitely listen to Ron Moore's podcast commentary, which you can find here.

The Chicago Tribune called it one of 9 shows not to miss this weekend:

"Battlestar Galactica," 9 p.m. Friday, Sci Fi: Hardball politics take center stage as the president of the Galactica fleet (Mary McDonnell) confronts challengers to her leadership, among them political prisoner Tom Zarek (original "Battlestar Galactia" star Richard Hatch). If you haven't done so yet, it's time to get caught up with this stellar sci-fi drama, which is airing repeats each Friday until the second season begins July 15.
Thanks to Northern Lights for the cap.
