Supernova and Mortal Kombat

Tahmoh recently attended Supernova Expos in Brisbane and Melbourne, Australia. Here are some of the highlights. Many thanks to Michelle of Aaron Douglas Fans and Battlestar Blog and Bertha for sending me links. As always, if you have pictures, video, or a con report you'd like us to link to here, please let us know.

Katee Sackhoff shared this picture of she and Tahmoh in Brisbane on Twitter.

Later in the week, they spent some time boating with friends, and Katee posted this picture.

Also in Brisbane, Tahmoh attempts the Tim Tam Slam.

Wikipedia comes to the rescue for those needing a little background on the Tim Tam Slam.

Here is another video from Brisbane; this time Tahmoh is imitating Aaron Douglas.

Michelle explains it more at the Chief's Deck, the Aaron Douglas LiveJournal community.

Charisma Carpenter, best known for her role as "Cordelia" on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel promised "10 points if u can tell me who this hunky fella chillin' is" on Twitter.

Fans also snapped some great shots. Here are a few. Many thanks for permission to repost.

Mortal Kombat
There's lots of buzz around the Mortal Kombat webseries. Episode 1 (see post here) had over a million views in less than 24 hours after its Tuesday release. As of this writing, the video has had nearly 4.5 million views.

In this video, taken at C2E2, Tahmoh and Aleks Paunovic talk about the webseries.

Auction for Japanese Earthquake Relief
Medium at Large reports that Tahmoh, along with many other attendees at C2E2 signed posters that are currently being auctioned by with the proceeds benefiting the Japan Society Earthquake Relief Fund. For more information see the C2E2 Charity Auction site.

Michelle of Aaron Douglas Fans reports that Tahmoh also signed items in Brisbane and Melbourne for charity. As I find out more, I'll post here.

Site Updates
I know that the updates have been spaced a little further apart. My apologies, but family and work often get in the way of fangirling. Fear not. I will continue making posts here about once a week or so. For more immediate news about Tahmoh, check out Tahmoh's Facebook Fanpage. I tend to update that page with links as soon as I find them, given the easier format of FB.
