The Caprica storyline, while interesting, received very little screen time in the season premiere. As the season unfolds, the writers may need to prune extra storylines that can't be adequately serviced.Bad reporter. Shh!

It's a slam-bang hour that also serves up some "Battlestar" touchstones - religion, politics - while advancing the story a half-step and introducing another Cylon threat to the Galactica crew.I liked what he had to say about the Caprica storyline much more... (slightly spoilery so it's behind the cut):
On Caprica, Starbuck (Katee Sackhoff) clashes with Helo (Tahmoh Penikett) over his faith in the second Cylon Sharon (Park again), who claims to be carrying his child.
