Tahmoh, where would you like to see your character go in season 3? What you like to do, as Helo?

Tahmoh, how long did it take you to form your pipes? You have a very defined set of pipes and this fan would like to know how long it took you to get them.
ReplyDeleteHey, anonymous, if you're reading this, what does "well defined set of pipes" mean?
ReplyDeleteTahmoh, what future TV/Movie projects do you have planned?
ReplyDeleteWhat do you see happening with Helo and Sharon in season 3?
ReplyDelete"Pipes"
ReplyDeleteArm muscles that are usually large and well defined.

ReplyDeleteI find the story of the very human relationship between Helo and Sharon to be truly wonderful, and an inspiring testiment to true love, and consequently one of the primary reasons I tune in. Do you think the chemistry between you and Grace plays a major role in portraying that relationship, giving the relationship its feel of reality?
Hey Tahmoh, I was just wondering what kind of music you like and who's your favourite band/artis?
ReplyDeleteSara, Sweden
Hey Tahmoh, in the first season, where you were making toast for breakfast and then everything fell apart pretty quickly, what happened to the toast after the scene was shot?
ReplyDeletecheers,

Tahmoh,
ReplyDeleteWhat did you do (work and fun) during your off-season? Did you stay in touch with other cast members during that time?
In RDM said in the podcast of LDYB2, Helo is the new XO on Galactica. Before the fleet jumped away, I noticed he didn't have any pins on his collars to show his rank. Was that on purpose? (to make the fans guessing or just to show the lack of decipline on Galactica?)

Tahmoh,
ReplyDeleteHelo is a true galaxyscout. Loyal, laidback and sexy, he's a gentle giant who only appears to give into genuine anger when he's hurt by someone he loves or respects.
As an actor, do you sometimes itch to tap into Helo's more negative emotions or do you prefer to continue playing him as is?

Tahmoh,
ReplyDeleteIn LDYB, Pt. 1, Helo said, "It's you and me from now on, no matter what. Just like we agreed." Was Helo finally putting Sharon's needs/their relationship above all else? Does his subconscious mind suspect that there was foul play surrounding the "death" of his child? Our hero once sacrificed his life to save humanity, but this statement suggests he's through being the fall guy.
We've only seen Helo truly angry when he's been hurt by someone he loves or respects. In LDYB, Pt. 2, a traumatized Sharon endangered the RTF. Yet, given Helo's customary emotional restraint, did he go ballistic because Sharon had betrayed their love and him personally?
As a fan of both James Lipton and Bernard Pivot, I can't resist asking these questions: What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? What inspires you? What is your favorite curse word?

Hiya Tahmoh,
ReplyDeleteFirstly, a character question: What is the backstory on Sharon/Helo? Yes, he claimed he's liked her for a longtime, but did they meet in training? Through friends, etc? And what about Helo's girl on every planet?
Secondly, do you think your character will become a series regular in the near future? Where do you see Helo heading off in the next years (i.e. Mahalia's questions on his "galaxyscout"-ness)?
Thirdly, and actually a personal question: on IMDB, and basically everywhere, your bio starts off saying you're the son of an ex-Canadian premier. How has that helped/harmed you along the day?

and by "along the day," I mean "along the way."
ReplyDeleteAnd I forgot: Thanks for entertaining our questions!

What is your reaction to your short film Stanley's girlfriend being shown at Cannes?
ReplyDeleteNJ, USA
It's May 8th now and there's still no article up at SciFi Brain. Does anyone know what happened?
ReplyDeleteJanet
Hi Janet,
ReplyDeleteLast I heard it was supposed to be Friday, but obviously that didn't happen. I've contacted Aeolus to ask. Hopefully very soon.
I'll post it as soon as it goes live.
