Lt. Karl Agathon was given his own "ArtiFEX" trading card (SPA8) in the Rittenhouse Archives Battlestar Galactica Season One trading card series. Artist Sean Pence created eight other cards in the series, including Adama, Roslin, Lee, Kara, Baltar, Six, Sharon and Tigh.
Not the most flattering artwork, but there it is. It's great Helo was included.

Interesting. As the artist on this set, it's nice to see that the image has been dubbed "not the most flattering artwork". Mr Penikett seemed very pleased with it when he signed the original in person last fall, during a house warming party for Aaron Douglas in Vancouver.
ReplyDeleteDidn't mean to offend. I should have said "not Helo's most flattering moment". It's more that the promotional photo I assume you worked from is when Helo has gotten beaten up rather badly and trapped on a radioactive planet for weeks. So Helo's looked better.
ReplyDeleteThe quality of the artwork is quite nice, I just wish a different moment had been chosen for the card. I don't find that bruised, exhausted and looking into the sun is his best look.
